Anne Adams brings decades of expertise in both commercial and residential real estate to her role as Vice President. Mentored under one of Sun Coast's top brokers and partners, Adams has closed numerous complex and sizeable commercial deals, earning nationally accredited awards along the way. Leveraging her experience in small business ownership, sales, and marketing, Adams focuses on market segments such as land development, C-stores, and investment portfolios.
Steve Mitchell, also elevated to Vice President, joined Sun Coast Partners in 2015 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a specialization in Retail, Office, and Land Development properties. With extensive executive management experience at the CEO, VP, and Director levels, Mitchell has garnered numerous distinctions throughout his 30-plus years in the Retail Industry. His commitment to excellence and ongoing pursuit of education, including his pursuit of the CCIM designation, further solidify his role as a leader within the company.
